cloudflare will block much of the spam and spammers, it will also make your server stats drop and there’s a great deal of administration to get your own server stats working once again, as it shuttles traffic thru a proxyserver. Mostly cloudflare is for site optimization and to help with bandwidth. I am not now using it, but I may give it another try.
