To use Chaos Magic to transform your life economically, it makes sense to start a business and in this modern age online marketing and and search engine Optimization is critical to make your website successful.

A spammy reply to, of all things, my Tetris post, follows:

This is a ‘Black Hat’ strategy, especially the ‘article spinning’. If you want lots of original content with the right key words – to hell if it reads well – rip off existing content and automatically mash up different articles on similar subjects to yield a ‘new’ article. And then spam your ‘new’ article to as many places to submit them as possible!

Can it work? Yeah, sure. All those articles with all those back links get credited as referrals to your site – and your page rank and position on the search engine may rise as a result.

But there’s the cost – associating your product, your site, with really shitty articles and, if you submit them everywhere – spammy shitty articles!

The idea behind article submission is you get a back link from not just the article submission site – but from everyone that includes your articles as content on their website. Black hat marketers automate this process – just using key words to find articles to pad their spam sites with – this reality is why article submission is more powerful than it should be. But other webmasters are looking for really good articles to add value to their website – this latter community can deliver prestige to the website and author of superior articles.

Now I have tried article submitters myself. I figure I can write a good article and disperse it far a wide and what harm is in that? There’s just one catch – the software I was using DID  NOT WORK. -AT ALL!

So be wary of software meant to help you rise immediately in the search engines, UNLESS – you are actually running a “Black Hat” promotion. A Black Hat promotion is arguably okay if the site is meant to exist only for the short term. A site running a genuinely limited promotion – sure go for broke, see how fast you can get Google to ‘slap ‘ as you walk away with the money!

But that’s not most folks. We have websites that we want to work with for years, that grow in importance and reputation as well as in page rank and search engine results.

Now this website, right now, it has a problem. My lack of focus on this blog, where I write about magic, news, the economy and e-commerce – every post generates cross links with other blogs – a beautiful thing. But in my case it means Google can’t tell if this is a magic site, a news site, a business site or an economic site. So, they dropped my page rank from 2 to 1.

Y’all who read this blog, I believe you appreciate my blog anyway. So I’ll figure something out. I may have to make up different blogs dedicated to the specific different genr’e of posts here in the point of view of Google.

From my point of view it’s all about reality hacking. You can’t hack a reality if you don’t understand that reality (the news), to be successful you need to create a pathway for the fulfillment of the magic (e-commerce, marketing and business), and that pathway is to the provide the means for occult magic to do its thing (Law of Attraction, Hoodoo, Chaos magic).

But just ’cause I thinks all the posts here are on topic….

But I’ve been writing this blog for over a year now. I can recycle last years posts into e-zine articles and submit a whole bunch at the same time. http://ezinearticles.com/ is perhaps the best, or at least most popular, places to submit articles.  My high quality posts, with a little editing will make superior articles. Let’s find out if quality articles can get people to click on links to visit this site instead of just existing for  google spiders and deliver a superior result.
