Obama’s speech to school children

Basically President Obama is intending to communicate a message to schoolchildren, most likely concerning the importance of staying in school and achieving as much as a child can.
‘Conservative’ people are interpreting this as an attempt to hurt their children in some way. One Republican accuses Obama of spreading a socialist agenda.
Now let me be clear, I voted for Obama and so far I consider him a disappointment, Bush lite even. But the political opposition is really insane.
I mean Bill Clinton was a Democratic president, and even sent his wife to fight for single payer healthcare. No one confused him with a Socialist. What’s the difference between President Clinton and President Obama?
The answer to that question leads to an ugly conclusion. Obama is fighting two wars, defending the defense of marriage act, not touching gun rights, invoking the same presidential privacy and powers the President Bush did. Obama has promised change, but delivered almost none.
And the right wing somehow believes Medicare is good while ‘socialist’ single payer health care is wrong? Medicare IS single payer healthcare!
The right wing’s complaint about Obama – that he is going to help them get health care, and that his legal birth certificate is not legal enough somehow?
And this is why Barak Obama, the President of the United States, should be denied the ability to address the youngest citizens of the United States?
Every other President has addressed child citizens and, being the President it’s has always been appreciated.
But not now. President Obama is different. Of course it’s not his skin color, it must be because he’s Muslim.
