Yes, many people doing search engine optimization focus too much energy on key words, making the site a valuable resource for the public browsing it is really the bottom line. And Google rewards you, having a site with rich unique content that is updated regularly is the most important way to achieve Google Page rank, which is very important to increasing search engine result ranking.

I use gmail and my webhost for email. Firefox is a great browser, but I've been using Google's Chrome browser - it has the advantage of allocating fewer resources to browser tabs you're not looking at, so the tab you are looking at has premium performance. (It's open source, so hopefully firefox will adopt that technilogical advance soon).

I have a number of websites and work hard at adding as must useful content as possible. Quite apart from baking it more attractive to Google and other search engines I believe that a site should be useful and not just a waste of space.

I don;t use MS email or browsers, I use fast mail for email and firefox for a browser. I find them much more stable too.

I know what you mean about Microsoft and Hotmail. I've been having a problem in recent months with being able to stay in the email account I entered. This didn't used to happen. I've got four accounts, and often in the middle of reading or sorting through one account I'll click to delete an email and the Windows Live site will change users on me, taking me to one of my other accounts. This happens quite often when I'm trying to just go through my email. It's quite annoying, too. It sometimes takes me half an hour just playing around with it until I can read and delete all the emails I've received for that day. So, I share your frustration with Microsoft and its products and poor customer service attitude.
